Situated close to the Villages of Mereworth and West Peckham, The Beeches backs onto historic woodland and nut platts. It also provides miles of walking, horse riding and cycling routes. Dating back to the late Eighteenth century, this historic inn suffered a devastating fire in the 1960's, when it lost the second floor and the beautiful Kent peg tile roof. Since then, it has served as a transport café, Spanish restaurant (Ramaros), classic English restaurant (The Old Beech Inn) and now it is to be returned to a classic old English pub, serving real ale but retaining its popular dining room with two incredible chefs at the helm.
Being privately owned by Maxine and Graham, we aim to deliver an exceptional quality of food and service due to our independence, with constantly changing beers and dishes that work with the seasons, whilst always retaining the classic country pub feel.
